Who knew it takes so many hands to put fresh produce on our tables— well, this is something those of us in the industry see often. But there are more people involved than even in this picture because it all starts before planting and ends when produce is found on someone’s plate. So just one little brussels sprout really represents an entire industry and all the hands that grow, harvest, sell, ship, and deliver.
